How SW/TCH collects, uses and protects your information.
This policy explains what Project Switch LLC (“SW/TCH,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use projectswitch.co (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us
Email address and name when you join the list, reserve, or contact us.
Contact form contents when you write to us.
Reservation details, meaning the email used at checkout and the reservation status. Card details go directly to Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
Usage and device data such as pages viewed, referring URL, browser type, approximate location from IP address, and interactions with the Site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Advertising data from the Meta Pixel and similar tools, which record that you visited the Site, joined the list or reserved, so we can measure our ads and show relevant ones. Where you have consented, Meta may match this to your Meta account.
2. How we use it
We use your information:
To send you the launch announcement, product updates and reservation status.
To process reservations and refunds.
To answer your messages.
To measure and improve the Site and our advertising.
To comply with law and protect our rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Who we share it with
Service providers who process data on our behalf and only for the purposes above:
Framer hosts the Site and processes form submissions.
Stripe processes reservation payments and refunds.
Klaviyo sends our email and stores list and reservation data.
Zapier moves form and payment data between the tools above.
Meta provides advertising measurement and audiences via the Meta Pixel.
Discord hosts our community. If you join, Discord’s own terms and privacy policy apply there.
We may also share information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply until you are told otherwise.
4. Cookies and tracking
The Site uses cookies and pixels for the purposes above. You can block cookies in your browser and limit ad tracking through your Meta ad settings. Some Site features may not work with cookies disabled. The Site does not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
5. Your choices and rights
Email. Unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email. You will still receive transactional messages about a reservation you hold.
Access, correction, deletion. Email hello@projectswitch.co and we will respond within 30 days. Residents of California and certain other jurisdictions have additional rights, including the right to know what we collect and to request deletion. We honor these requests for everyone.
6. Data retention and security
We keep list and reservation data until the campaign and its fulfillment are complete, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is sooner, plus any period required by law or for payment records.
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
7. Children and international users
The Site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We are based in the United States and process data there. By using the Site you consent to that transfer.
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do.
